The Estevan Police Service charges an additional $55.00 when fingerprinting is required. The Estevan Police Service charges an additional $30.00 when fingerprinting for volunteer is required. The additional $55.00 / $30.00 is for a cost recovery of the equipment and staffing resources required to take and process civil fingerprints. Fingerprints can be taken at 301 11th Avenue, Estevan, SK. Appointments are not required. We only accept cash payments. |

Police Record Checks
Welcome to the Estevan Police Service's online application system for Police Record Checks. This system allows you to apply for a Police Record Check 24 hours a day without having to attend our facility. All aspects of the process - including verification of your identification, fee payment and completed Police Record Check results certificate - are handled electronically. If there are no concerns or follow-up required, you will receive an email with instructions on how to securely download your Police Record Check certificate.
PLEASE NOTE: This process is intended for persons living within Estevan city limits ONLY.
You cannot apply on behalf of another person. Authentication questions will be based on the applicant's personal credit file, and the questions are timed to ensure a prompt response and to further enhance security and privacy. If you fail to authenticate your identification, you will be required to upload photos of your two pieces of valid Government issued identification, one ID with a photo, and take a selfie holding the same two ID provided.
