You may contact us by telephone, but you can also leave us an email. We strive to respond to all communications within the same day, but certainly by the next day at the latest.

Email messages are securely routed directly to the Windsor Police Service, and are reviewed and answered by police personnel.

Questions regarding the status of your police check, including whether or not it has been completed and mailed, can be obtained by logging into your account and checking the status bar for any special messages or updates.
