Email is the recommended form of communication regarding the Local Police Record Check. We strive to respond to all communications within the same business day, but certainly by the next day at the latest. Email messages are securely routed directly to the Windsor Police Service, and are reviewed and answered by police personnel.

Questions regarding the status of your police check, including whether or not it has been completed and mailed, can be obtained by logging into your account and checking the status bar for any special messages or updates.
